These instructions for a suggested 7-Day Practice are included with the Kit:

1. Sit quietly and comfortably, and ask to be connected to your Highest Guidance, whoever that is for you.

2. Focus on your intent for the change you wish to manifest, and write it out. Ask your Highest Guidance to support you.

3. Take the Rose Quartz provided in your Kit, and hold it in your left hand. Focusing on the written description of your intent, say “I ask that blockages be cleared from my aura and my being to support my intent.” Stay focused on this for about 5 minutes, and put the crystal aside.

4. Put 5 drops of Cliff Rose flower essence on your tongue, and sit quietly for 2 minutes, allowing it to spread throughout your energetic systems.

5. Give thanks to your Highest Guidance, and close.
